This was during a brutal rainy week followed by crazy winds, and my solar panels were throwing a wrench in things. But Mark figured it all out like a pro, got my roof repaired in record time, and finished everything cleanly and professionally. He's super pleasant, personal, and easy to work with. I put my job out for bid to fix some tiles on Yelp.  Mark was quick to reply, very communicative, and bid a fair price for the job.  He did everything he said he would do and more.  After replacing the damaged concrete tiles at my home, he inspected my entire roof and then re-calked around the chimney and skylights! After receiving multiple quotes, I selected DiRocco Construction to help me change my dormer vents to flat O'Hagin vents to fit more solar panels on my roof. Mark was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure my roof was in better condition than when he started the project (e.g., touching up faded paint on the remaining vents and replacing cracked tiles). We had a leak in one of our valleys and also some broken tiles on the roof. Mark came out and gave us a good idea of what was happening and what it would take to fix it. His quote was very reasonable vs. others. Since our roofing tiles had been discontinued he had to go find as close a match as possible. He did a great job and also replaced some wood near the roofline that had been damaged. I would highly recommend DiRocco for any roofing work you would need. Mark is honest and transparent in what work should be done to your roof.  He spent over sell. Pricing is fair and reasonable… quotes are easy to manage. Communication was excellent, Mark and team were punctual and did the roof repair and added fire proof vents in one day. They left my house spotless, a lot contractors can be sloppy and leave a mess.
